Easily organize, filter, and prioritize customer conversations with Views in Wbotz.

Wbotz Views help you create filtered conversation lists in your Inbox, making it easier for teams to find important chats, manage customer queries, and focus on conversations that need attention.

What is a View?

A View is a customized, pre-filtered list of conversations in your Wbotz Inbox. Instead of applying the same filters every time, you can create a View based on your business requirements and quickly access the conversations that match those conditions.

Why Use Views?

  • Organize conversations based on business requirements.

  • Quickly find specific customer conversations.

  • Reduce manual filtering for team members.

  • Prioritize important leads and support queries.

  • Improve response time and team productivity.

What Can You Filter in Views?

You can create Views using relevant conversation conditions such as:

  • Conversation Status – Open, Closed, or Pending conversations.

  • Assignment – Conversations assigned to specific team members.

  • Tags – Filter chats using tags such as Hot Lead, Support, or Follow-up.

  • Contact Information – Filter conversations based on available customer details.

  • Other Conversation Attributes – Use available conditions to create more specific Views.

How to Create a View

To create a View in Wbotz:

  1. Go to the Inbox/Conversations section.

  2. Click on Create View.

  3. Enter a name for your View.

  4. Select the required filters or conditions.

  5. Review the conversations matching your criteria.

  6. Click Save to create the View.

Once created, the View can be used to quickly access conversations that match your selected conditions.

Example

You can create a Hot Leads View using the tag Hot Lead. Whenever a conversation receives this tag, it can appear in the View, allowing your sales team to quickly identify and follow up with potential customers.

Best Practices

  • Use clear and simple View names.

  • Create separate Views for sales, support, and follow-ups.

  • Use relevant tags and filters.

  • Avoid creating unnecessary Views.

  • Review your Views regularly and update them as your workflow changes.

With Wbotz Views, your team can spend less time searching through conversations and more time engaging with customers.
