Connecting your WhatsApp Business account allows you to send and receive messages, automate conversations, manage customer interactions, and access all WhatsApp Business Platform features from one place.
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
A Facebook account with admin access
A Meta Business Manager account
A valid phone number that can receive SMS or voice OTP
A stable internet connection
Step 1: Start the Connection Process
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to Channels > WhatsApp.
Click Connect WhatsApp to begin.

Step 2: Log in to Meta
You'll be redirected to Meta's secure login page.
Sign in using your Facebook account that has administrator access to your Meta Business Account.

Step 3: Enter Your Business Information
Provide your business details, including:
Business Name
Business Website (optional)
Country
Business Category
Ensure all information is accurate because it will be associated with your WhatsApp Business Account.

Step 4: Select or Create a WhatsApp Business Account
If you already have a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), simply select it.
If you don't have one, click Create New WhatsApp Business Account and continue.

Step 5: Create Your WhatsApp Business Profile
Complete your business profile by adding:
Display Name
Business Category
Business Description
Website
Email Address
This information will be visible to customers viewing your WhatsApp Business profile.

Step 6: Add Your Phone Number
Enter the phone number you want to connect.
Important:
The number must be able to receive SMS or voice verification.
The number cannot already be connected to another WhatsApp Business Platform account.

Step 7: Verify Your Phone Number
Choose your preferred verification method:
SMS
Voice Call
Enter the verification code (OTP) received on your phone.

Step 8: Wait for Account Setup
Once verification is complete, the platform will automatically configure your WhatsApp Business account.
This process usually takes 3–5 minutes.

Step 9: Connection Successful
Once the setup is complete, your WhatsApp Business account will appear as Connected.

Contact Management
