Business Verification Documents
Meta requires any two valid documents for business verification. These documents must be current, clearly readable, and issued by authorized government bodies.
Accepted documents include:

(Utility bills are accepted only to verify business address and phone number. The legal business name must appear on the bill, but it cannot be used for legal name verification.)

Phone Number Requirements

If you want to convert an existing WhatsApp Business App number to a WhatsApp API number connected to Wbotz, you’ll need to either delete the number from WhatsApp or follow the official change-number process before onboarding.
