Step 1: Sign Up for a Wbotz Account
Visit the Wbotz website and click Start Free Trial.
Create your account using your:
Full Name
Business Email
Mobile Number
Company Name
Password
After completing the registration, verify your email address if required.
Tip: Use your business email address for faster account setup.
Step 2: Complete Your Workspace Setup
After logging in for the first time, you'll be asked to configure your workspace.
Provide:
Business Name
Industry
Country
Team Size (optional)
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 3: Review the Prerequisites
Before connecting your WhatsApp Business number, make sure you have:
A valid phone number
Admin access to your Meta Business Account
A stable internet connection
Business information ready
Note: If you don't have a Meta Business Account, you can create one during the setup process.
Step 4: Connect Your WhatsApp Business Number
Click Connect WhatsApp Number.
Enter the phone number you want to use with WhatsApp Business API.
Click Next.
Important: This number should not already be connected to another WhatsApp Business API provider.
Step 5: Log in to Meta
A secure Meta login window will open.
Sign in using the Facebook account that has Admin access to your Meta Business Manager.
Click Continue.
Step 6: Select or Create Your WhatsApp Business Account
If you already have a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA), simply select it.
If you don't have one, choose Create New WhatsApp Business Account and follow the instructions.
Step 7: Configure Your Business Profile
Now enter your business information carefully.
Complete the following details:
Display Name
Business Category
Business Description
Website
Time Zone
Note: Your display name should comply with Meta's naming guidelines.
Step 8: Verify Your Phone Number
Enter your business phone number.
Choose one of the verification methods:
SMS
Voice Call
Enter the verification code received from Meta.
Step 9: Wait for Activation
Once verification is complete, Wbotz will start configuring your account.
This process usually takes 3–10 minutes.
After successful activation, your 14-day free trial will begin automatically.
